Production of Sales Particulars - these will be to a high standard, taking care to ensure that any main selling features are suitably highlighted. We provide full colour photographs, both external and internal (if required).

Marketing and Advertising - all our properties are regularly featured in local and national publications and are displayed in our offices to achieve maximum exposure.

Internet Advertising - our website is continually updated. The majority of the nation now have access to a computer therefore it is no surprise that approximately two thirds of successful “home movers” use the internet as a tool to search for property.

Sales Progression and Solicitor Liaison - we will keep you informed of all developments concerning your sale and are committed to ensuring that your sale remains on track for an early completion, liaising with all parties up and down the chain.

All of the above comes at a competitive rate of 1%, with discounted legal fees for the sale of your property.
